Every September, a field of thousands of American flags rises on the lawn of Sandy City Hall, each one a life lost on September 11, 2001. The Utah Healing Field is more than a memorial. It's one of the most moving and enduring tributes in the country, and it happens right here in our own backyard in Salt Lake County.
